1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99wicket uses a combination of technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person. 99wicket will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. Before processing any withdrawal request, 99wicket requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 99wicket wallet within minutes of confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process.
- 99wicket does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 99wicket bears no responsibility.
- All funds deposited into your 99wicket account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount on 99wicket is ৳1,000. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification steps.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the initial deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account on 99wicket and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% matched welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The qualifying minimum first deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳1,000. The bonus is credited to your account wallet automatically upon deposit confirmation and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer a maximum of one time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting loopholes in wagering requirements, or coordinating bets with other players to reduce risk artificially — will result in bonus cancellation, withholding of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 99wicket platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the intended purpose of the platform as a legitimate entertainment service. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, collecting bonuses, or extracting data without explicit written permission from 99wicket.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 99wicket platform, server infrastructure, or game software.

99wicket monitors platform activity using automated systems and manual review processes. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. The platform reserves the right to withhold account balances while an investigation is ongoing and to permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 99wicket account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@99wicket. Upon receiving a closure request, 99wicket will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method and close the account within 5 business days. Note that accounts subject to active bonus wagering or an ongoing investigation cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by 99wicket
99wicket reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that a player has registered multiple accounts on the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. 7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Game Outcomes

Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final once confirmed. 99wicket is not liable for any dissatisfaction with game outcomes and will not reverse results except in cases of a confirmed technical error that materially affected the outcome of a game round.
8.3 Third-Party Content
